Hey there, I am Julianne.
I am the photographer at Brooks + Everly Photography and I am so glad you are here! First off, what's in a name? Well the reason I began photography in the first place.. those two that call me mommy, my son Layten Brooks and my daughter Dylan Everly. They are the name sake of this buisness. But I can't forget to mention being married to a wonderful, supportive husband, Sean! Without Sean, this dream of becoming a photographer would never have become a reality!
Prior to making photography my full-time career, I was an elementary school teacher and have always had a great passion for working with families and kids!

I love God, chocolate, crafting, traveling, dance parties in the kitchen, teaching littles, college football games, coffee, long walks through Target by myself, and most importantly anything to do with spending time with my family and friends.
What is your favorite thing to shoot?
I love photographing so many parts of a family's story. I have had clients that I have been blessed and honored to photograph from their engagement to their wedding, than maternity and newborn, thoughout every stage of their lives! But, my favorite will always be the babies and kids! I love capturing the light and wonder through their eyes!
When do you like to shoot?
I love shooting during "golden hour" when the light hits just right! I love shooting in the spring when the flowers and trees are blooming. But, also in the fall when the air is crisp and the changes of the season show in the trees.
