All packages include the session fee, a fully edited online gallery, copyright and print release.
Collection 1- Family Portraits
1 hour session at location of the client's choice with one outfit. Approximately 75-90 digitally enhanced images will be provided.
(Price is for groups up to 6. Additional $20 per person is charged for groups over 6).

Collection 2- Specialized
Maternity, Engagement & Seniors
1.5 hour session at a 1-2 locations of the clients choice and can include an 1-2 outfit changes.
Approximately 75-90 digitally enhanced images will be provided.
Weekday-$325 Weekend- $350
Newborn Portraits
3-4 hour studio session within 7-17 days of the baby's birth.
Approximately 90 digitally enhanced images provided.
Family & sibling images can be added for an additional fee.
*Newborn & Maternity package and Fresh48 sessions available upon request.

1st Birthday- Cake Smash
1 hour session, with one half being a regular session and other half cake smash. If requested, can include a themed setup provided by the photographer and bakery cake can be added at cost. Approximately 75 digitally enhanced images included.

Ultimate Milestone Package
Includes newborn, 3 month, 6 month, 9 month and 1st birthday session ( 5 sessions total). Additional maternity session can be added upon request.

Custom Package Pricing
General Information...
All package and pricing options come with a print release to post or print your pictures anywhere of your choice. Once all images are finalized through the editing process, a password protected link to an online image gallery will be provided to the client. Images are directly downloaded by the client from the online image gallery to your personal computer. This allows for a faster and more efficient way for clients to receive their finished images.
What is due at the time of booking?
All sessions (excluding wedding packages) require a $100 non-refundable booking deposit that is applied to the session fee. If the session must be rescheduled then the deposit can be applied to the rescheduled session. The remaining balance is due the day of the session.
When will my images be ready?
Editing time is within 2-3 weeks. Editing time can be rushed for an additional fee if needed.
Where can I order prints?
A wide variety of prints and other art displays are avaiable to purchase through the online gallery from a professional lab. But, with the copyright, images can be printed anywhere of the clients choice.
Brooks & Everly Photography Terms:
-Photographer is not responsible for any incidents or injuries during sessions on location or at photographer's home studio. Photographer's home studio is only used for newborn and baby sessions up to 1 year of age, and specialized mini sessions.
-Photographer is not responsbile for backing up and maintaining images after they have been provided to the client.
-Photographer maintains all copyrights to the images taken, therefore, photographer reserves the right to use images for any purpose which may include among others; advertising, marketing promotion and publishing it to it's website and/or other social media sites. No refunds are allowed.
-By using the photographer, the client is accepting the photographer's style.
